Hamble & Jemima are Beth and Emma, both busy, working mums who love gorgeous fabrics, striking designs and feel there is a real place in society for lovingly, handmade items. Why buy something that has been made with no thought behind it when you can make a unique piece that you have crafted yourself?
They recently written their first book, called Abbygale Sews, which is due to be published in May 2013.
They have a studio in Cockington Court Craft Centre, Torquay(opened in August 2010). For opening hours please email info@hambleandjemima.co.uk. It is set in a beautiful country park alongside other artisan craft studios, so well worth a visit.
